My wife and I have been very pleased with this daycare. We have a 4 year-old and a 2 year-old. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. Even more so, the owner has been very accommodating with our family's fluctuating schedule. The price is also very reasonable, IMO.

I have tried several daycares in the area. You can't beat this one. The owners are on site and that makes the biggest difference. A lot of community involvement with PTA support at local elementary schools. You will not go wrong with this decision.

Great find after looking around at several centers in the Lilburn Area. Cleanest, brightest facility with the friendliest staff. Owner operated. When I first got to Georgia, I was a little apprehensive about putting my baby in a daycare. My husband found Kids R Kids by accident and it was the best accident anyone could have. These people care about their kids and the parents as well. I would hightly recommend them to any new parent thinking of putting their child in daycare. Thanks for doing a great job.

Please see their monitoring scores and investigations at the official state site called Bright from the Start. After reading their reports you will see all that you should need to make an informed decision. I cannot say enough about how poorly this business is run. Consistent staffing at the Director and Teacher levels is an issue. This place will always have staffing issues as long as the current ownership are in any kind of managing capacity. In one week, my child was discovered hanging out an open window, witnessed running with scissors, fell off a shelf and was hurt, and repeatedly placed in improper teacher ratio situations. After reading the monitoring visit documentation where this business only met one measured category and that was because of a remediation from a prior violation, I am sorry to say that my situation was not unique. Be afraid.

The facility is very nice. It could be a great daycare, but there are some major issues that need to be addressed. Diet is bad -- kids are fed leftovers and low quality cheese all the time. Owners yell at staff. (Heard with our own ears.) My kid would come home with bright red bite marks - and no report. No one seemed to know what happened to her. Also, see Bright from the Start complaints. Teacher turnover with very young (cheaper) staff left to care for children. There doesn't appear to be any interest in potty training or educating the younger kids. Hired a new manager with great credentials. She left after one day. Owner wasn't interested in our complaints. My kid is scared that I'm going to make her go back to the "OLD SCHOOL"
