Left a vet's office that had a bunch of inexperienced new grads...and a snippy receptionist. I'm so thrilled I found these AMAZING Vets - Dr. Brady and Dr. Hopper love animals and it shows! Both doctors give you their time and their talent to help your pet. The office and clinical staff are amazing as well - professional, courteous and kind! It's so rare today to find great doctors and great a staff!!!

Why do they charge extra to stay with your pet your family member while they put him to sleep??? Why ruin the last moments you have to tell you horror stories of what could maybe happen??? What are they going to do if you just "drop off" your pet to be euthanized...hit him over the head with a hammer?? Save some money on the drugs? I took a stay there once - a grayhound - and they suggested "putting him down" instead of calling a grayhound rescue group and just checking the dog out for injuries....whats up with this???? Ten stars??? Naw, negative ten maybe...

Someone else gave this place a bad reviews and mentioned Dr. Secor. Secor was great. Not been happy with any other doctor since he left. We adopted a cat through Atlanta Humane Society. The adoption fee included neuturing at a local vet (including Killian Hill). Dr Brady only complianed about how much money he lost through the arrangement (I would gladly pay whatever but don't enter into an agreement and then complain). My other cat was older, don't know how old (he was a stray we took in 10 years ago, estimatd to be 14-15). He got sick. Killian hill just kept wanting to run test after test and fill him full of meds. I tried to give my cat the meds and he started avoiding me (I thought he crawled off to die several times). I honestly feel they just nickled and dimed us and prolonged the suffering of my pet. After 9 years (I tried to be patient and give the differnet doctors the benefit of a doubt) I will be finding another vet. AS the story continue to unfold it was clear that the vet gave my wife and completely different information. The vet actually stated that they had stated one thing when in fact they did not. After my cat had passed a different vet diagnosed my cat correctly just by hearing he symptoms (no x rays or blood tests). After further review Killian Hill agreed (too late, my cat is already dead now). Overall, I think they are incompetent. Brady was ok, did not like his demeanor. Certainly do not like the other 2 vets. They missed obvious cancer

I've been using Dr. Brady and Dr. Hopper for about 20 years. They have taken care of my teacup poodles and my cats. They are kind, caring, loving, professionals, and I have never had a complaint for anything they've done, only praise.

Sadly, in Feb we had our 19 yr old kitty put to sleep due to a stroke and long illness - he had survived CHF thanks to Dr Secor who no longer practiced at KHAH. Our new vet was not open when Sam had hs stroke & we took him to KH to be put to sleep The MD went into EXCESIVE clinical detail of what to expect even after we informed hm we knew what to expect. The time normally used for being alone w/your pet was spent being "Educated" while we cried. Then we were escorted into the surgical area where Sam was finally put to sleep. We took him home. We were charged twice the normal rate because 1.we decided to stay w/Sam and take him home and 2.they had no proof of rabies vaccine. i've checked w/other vets since...noone else charges these fees - very insensitive, we will never go back - maybe if you are a regular pt. they treat you differently...if so, that is so wrong. Would never ever recommend them - pricey, insensitive, greedy. Wish I could go into greater detail but this post is limited to 250 words.

Dr. Marty Brady and staff have been taking care of our cats for 20+ years. They are kind and considerate, even remembering with a sympathy card when a beloved pet died. The care they have given our 5 cats (over 20 years) has been the best.

We take our three animals to this vet (one dog and two cats). Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable too. We have had no problems getting a same day appt.

This group really does all they can to help you in caring for your pet. They have gone the extra mile for me time and time again. I would highly recommend Killian Hill!
