You know sometimes you get the feeling that a service company doesn't give a SH*T about customer service or its clients? Well, that's Kim & Casey. All they care about is money with no reciprocation in service or professionalism. If I had a choice, which unfortunately I don't, I would fired them a long time ago. Horrible.

Kim and Casey Property Management in conjunction with the people they hire and use (Mcintire Property Management) are uninterested in providing a safe and clean apartment complex. Have lived in an apartment for three years and have recently become more aware of their malpractices. They have willfully ignored written and verbal agreements and perform harassing techniques. Some of these harassing techniques include ignoring work requests, entering the apartment with no permission, surveillance without warning in private and public areas, poor electrical outlets, no water at all, poor water plumbing never fixed in a 20yr old building, etc. Have also learned that normal notifications and later mediation were not valid ways to rectify anything with Kim and Casey Property Mangement (Kim & Casey, KC) or their officers from Mcintire Property Management.
Cost $500 - $999
Date February 2016

I have been living in one of their apartment buildings for six months now. The building managers are very unprofessional. They do not follow through with things I have brought to their attention. The managers husband even has gone as far as to try to intimidate me, since he is very tall and I am short, he got close to me and looked down upon me and try to open up his chest as to show me he is bigger. I have called the management office a couple of times and whom ever answers the phone tends to be rude and a smart mouth. They do not care about any of the tenants. I constantly see people moving out. Basically every month so far if not every week I see someone moving out. I should've read the reviews and made a better decision. I will be finding away to report them to the housing department.

I live in a building over on Stocker and the day Kim and Casey took over the building went to shambles. Nothing gets repaired. They always hang around making all the tenants uncomfortable. Nobody in our building likes them and we all just wish they would go away and never return. The worst thing a building owner could do is hire these clowns. Thats exactly what they are "CLOWNS"!

i have to say that most of the accusations that the reviewers made are probably true... these ppl are very inconsiderate VERY VERY CHEAP and probably do not care about the ppl as much as their money but for the lady or man that complained about his child forgot to mention that this is no regular special need child. it was a teenage boy who scared the tenants outside. i will not mention his special need but this child would get in ppls faces n scare them. i do have a heart for this kid but if i lived somewhere where someone was scaring me where i was afraid if this person would hurt me or my child i would complain..but overall the management company does need to have better services... they really do need to be shut down! the only reason i gave an average overall rating is cause the apt. themselves are really nice..the layout i mean.

I was living at one of kim and caseys buildings as well and I have to say that their company should be shut down. I had my sink drain burst and when I asked them to fix it they said "NO". The reason they gave me was that I had a bathroom sink to use and I dint really need the one in my kitchen. Keep in mind I was paying $2,295.00 a month. Can you believe that? It stayed un repaired for 9 months until I hired my own plumber at $389.00 to fix the problem. What kind of management company is this? Also, one day as I was looking out my window, I saw one of the three guys who were walking the property from Kim and Casey Kick my neighbors cat at he was walking down the path way. It was the middle aged guy of the three that were walking the property. I don't know his name and don't care to know such a scumbag. I couldn't believe what I saw. After other repairs not being fixed, I felt I wwas just being forced to move and so I left with 30 days notice after fulfilling my lease. They kept all of my deposit even though the place was in better shape than when I had moved in. I was going to go to court but I just didn't have the time. BOTTOM LINE-Don't move into a Kim and Casey property management managed building. Consider yourself warned.

I was living at Glendale Garden Homes that was being managed by Kim and Casey Property management and had a severely bad experience with them. My child who has special needs liked to walk around the courtyard once in awhile and Kim and Casey property management felt that he was spending too much time in the public courtyard so they told me I need to get rid of my special needs child or move out completely. Of fear of losing my home, I was forced to check my son into a lockdown facility while i sorted out the problem that Kim and Casey were having with my child. I cant believe I let them bully me into getting rid of my child. My Child with special needs no less. This was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. Kim and Casey property management should be shut down completely. Im currently in talks with a lawyer and we will be suing them for violation of my civil rights. DO NOT rent anything from Kim and Casey property management company.

They are not respectful of tenants. We had a legitimate problem in our apartment and we waited for weeks until they could find the cheapest contractor. They asked us to be patient and trust them but as soon as we expressed our frustration, they refused to communicate with us. They created a hostile environment instead of communicating properly with us. Reconsider if you are thinking of renting an apartment that they manage.
