After a bad experience at the filthy Dunwoody Nails (across the street @ Georgetown), a neighbor referred me to this salon. The service was unbelievably bad!!! The nail tech doing my pedi was at least 75 years old, slow and shaky. After almost an hour and a half, many mistakes and even BLOODSHED, I asked the manager to have another tech finish my polish. Absolutely the WORST salon I have visited. On a brighter note, I have been VERY pleased with the various Nail Talk salons around town - esp the two in Dunwoody :)

6/6/09: I went to have a pedicure and get a full set of gel nails put on. The pedicure, done by a man, was great. When I got my gel nails put on, the lady messed up and had gotten either air bubbles or small pieces of nail filings under 6/10 nails. I asked to have them fixed before paying. She proceeded to file down some of the nails, but the imperfections were underneath the gel. I was treated as if there was nothing wrong and that it was my fault that the nails were not done correctly. A second lady who works there was called over to see what was wrong with the nails, and pointed out to the first lady what was wrong and where it was located on the nails. After being there for 2 hours and still not having my nails fixed, I asked that they just get removed and that I would pay for the pedicure that was done. The man came over and started yelling at me saying that I have to pay for the manicure and pedicure because a manicure was done before the gel nails were put on. My nails were damaged from the process and I said that I would just pay for the pedicure. He yelled at me again in front of a store full of patrons. I said fine that I would pay for the manicure and pedicure but that I would not come back. He yelled at me "good, we don't want you to come back. you take up too much time." The time to redo the mistakes done was not my fault. I sat there crying while soaking my nails to remove them. I do not recommend this place because they treat people poorly.

I've been going to Kim For Nails since early 2004 - although there has been some changes in the staff working there, everyone is so sweet and nice. They are quick and your nails will look amazing! I can pop in and get a manicure/pedicure/eyebrow & lip wax in under 1 hr. LOVE IT!
