Great Customer Service!

I was impressed that the staff knew my jacket and how well it came out even before she fetched it! This person gets an A+ in the "meet and greet department"! I was really impressed with how well my Columbia jacket came out. The sleeves and front were so dirty. It looks like new! Frequent Cleaner Points and a 10% discount on pre-pay Wow what a deal!
