I should've read the reviews first! That was my 1st mistake. My next mistake was taking 4 pairs of pants to be hemmed and 1 scout shirt to have a patch sewn on. The shirt was to be ready the next day. Next day comes, she hasn't touched the shirt. A week later and two visits more, I get the shirt with the patch sewn in the wrong place! And this after she stapled the patch to the place where it was to be sewn. It took 3 weeks total and 7 visits to get my pants. Two pair of the pants were done as ordered. Of the other two pants one was 1.5" too short. These were ruined. The last pair were 2.5" too long & still had the commercial hem in them. When I went back with tape measure in hand & asked for my money back, of course, the answer was no. Save your money, time & gas for a better tailor!

Brought in three pairs of pants to hem. She was measuring another woman. Asked me if I knew what legnth I wanted I told her I would have to be measured. She told me to wait and I did for twenty minutes. Then she said she had a headache and was closing early and to come back tomorrow. I think she decides who she wants to do business with and to h### with the rest. This is not the first time she treated me poorly. I should have learned the first time but I thought maybe she was having bad day. I too had to come back two more times the first time we did business because she didn't have my pants hemmed on time. Save yourself time and an attitude and go elsewhere!

I have been taking my clothes to Kim for years now and she is wonderful! I am not sure why the other reviewer had such a problem. Kim has always done a great job with all of my clothing, from suits to casual pants. Kim is so friendly and accomodating. When I moved further from her shop, I would drive 35 minutes out of my way just to take my clothing to her. I highly recommend this business.

Great for work clothes alterations. I take all my work / dress pants to Kim for Hem alterations.Usually have them back the next day or if I'm in a hurry back by the end of the day.

Note-(this business is listed under 2 address). Located in the Blackwell Shopping Center. I was originally recommended to her by someone at Ross clothing store. The first pair of pants I took there to hem was not exactly done correctly. The hem keeps folding back up. Next I bring a shirt in to shorten the sleeves. She tell me one week. One week comes and still not done. 3 weeks later and 6 trips over the store I just asked for my shirt back and took it elsewhere. She only does mainly high dollar alterations (ie. wedding dresses and tuxes).
