Rip off!
Our attic fan wasn't working. We had these guys come out to get it fixed under our home warranty plan. They demanded the $45 trade fee up front. They looked at it and told me it wasn't working (duh - that's why I called them!). They said they couldn't work on it until they got approval from the home warranty company,b/c it looked like it was installed improperly (we moved into the house in June, so it was already there). They came back intot he house 15 minutes later (w/ out knocking) and said they will not repair it b/c the home warranty is denying it b/c it was improperly installed. So, not only was I out the $45.00, but the fan wasn't repaired. I received a call from the home warranty company about 4 hours later saying that while they will not cover it, King Electric was willing to fix it for $275.00!!! What a rip off!
Don't use these guys - don't even let them come out to your home b/c they will charge you for doing nothing!!!
