I am so happy with having my 3 horses and two teenagers at king show horses. The trainers are very talented, encouraging, extremely organized and fun to be with. I recommend them to anyone looking for all of the above in a horsey stables. My kids leave after their lessons with enthusiasm and excitement about what they learned and the fun they had.

Having owned horses on and off for forty years, I can highly recommend King Show Horses. They provide the best care for my horse, and James and Jenny are both great people and EXCELLENT instructors and trainers. They accomodate all levels of horse and rider, from beginners and pasture boarded horses to advanced show riders. My horse is in the show barn and is exercised or turned out every day. They have been great at working with me on my personal riding goals, and from what I have seen are equally good with others whether they are taking lessons on barn horses or have a horse in training. It's been my consistent experience that James and Jenny provide a high level of professional care at a reasonable price and I HIGHLY recommend them! They put the long term relationships with their clients over short term gain - which can be hard to find in the horse business.

Hello. I personally know the owners of King Show Horses and have also met Ms.Paula Booth... the last person to comment on this site. The King's go above and beyond to make sure each horse is well taken care of, and they also customize the care of each horse to the owner's wishes. Some people want turn out; others don't. It makes me upset to see that Ms. Booth would blast these people when she doesnt have a clue! I have met this woman and she is by far a "special" individual. I do know that she is a "barn jumper" and since stabling at King Show Horses, she has moved her horse to 5 different barns within the last year. The horse has suffered numerous counts of colic because of the many changes!! This lady is brand new to the horse world, thinks she knows it all and believes everything she reads in a magazine... I remember the owner's of King's telling me that this woman would call at 7:30 in the morning every day to make sure that her horse was "ok" and that "he didnt choak on his 'lickit' treat, did heee?" The owner's handled this lady with great patience! LOOK OUT STABLE OWNERS! SHE MIGHT CHOOSE YOU NEXT!

i would not board a show horse there unless you do not believe in turn out. they keep show horses in stall all day unless being ridden with no pasture time.

After taking several lessons at another local Atlanta stable, we are switching to King Show Horses. The owners, James and Jenny are so incredibly welcoming and kind and the care they showed our girls was wonderful. The stables are well maintained and the horses are looked after in a way that is obvious there is much pride put into their business. My girls immediately decided they wanted to come here from now on and we will!

This is a small barn, but they take great care of your horse. We've had our horse here for 3 years now and we've been really happy with the care he's received. The Kings do some Quarter Horse shows and some larger local shows. They also give lessons and do training, both english and western.
