We recently had damage to a 2 week old television and were devestated at the thought we would already have to replace it again as our insurance would not cover it. We contacted Kirks Electronics and they came and picked up our tv the same day. We had a diagnosis and cost of repair the next day, and our tv back working like new within a week of the pick up! Not to mention, a very reasonable cost to repair! I would highly recommend their services, especially if purchasing a new television is not in your budget.

I usually do not like to give a one star reviews but these guys came out to do an estimate for a TV repair. I paid 85.00 and they never gave me an estimate. They never returned my phone calls. I am left with a t.v that does not work and I got their name from Mitsubishi service. Mistusbishi and the BBB will be getting a letter.

I had this company come out to my house going on a month now. I still do not have my tv fixed and I get no call returns and no reasons of why I don't have it. If you are looking to have a tv fixed I suggest you keep looking because you may never see your tv again.

I had water damage to a nearly $5,000 projector. I took the unit to Steve and he was able to diagnose the problem and relay the information to my insurance company for replacement. I am very confident that if it was repariable, that Steve would have done an outstanding job fixing it. I will most likely be bringing my future electronic repairs to Kirk's Electronics. Excellent service and caring technicians took care of my problem.

My TV went out in the morning, Steve LeBlanc from Kirk's was here at 2:PM to fix it. He had to take the circuit board back to the shop for repair and even after finding more wrong than expected Steve was back here at 6:PM to put the television back together and made sure we had our TV for the evening. I found him to be very professional and considerate with customer service being his main concern. I will refer him to all my friends.

I called this place about two weeks ago. I was told someone would be out to my home on Wednesday. No one showed. I called back and they said they'd be in touch after they did some research on my tv's model. No one called back. I called again and they said they would be out Tesday No one showed. I called one last time and they said they would have to call me back after doing more research. I fainally realized they were not going to fix my tv. I sure wish they would have just said that to begin with and not waste my time. I went two extra weeks without my tv working...thanks a lot!

I've scheduled a service to fix my TV. When the day came, a technician did not come. I called them, got an answering machine. They did not call back. I called again. This time I was promised that the technician would call me back. When he did, he declared that he's on another side of a town and can't come. I rescheduled for another day. They never came or called. I don't think they care much about their business.

The technician ordered a new transformer for a big-screen TV so we were without the set for 2 weeks. The new transformer was installed for $400, then the picture went out again less than a month later. Now it has been replaced again (at no charge) and we're holding our breath.
