Kirsten Conover is an amazing agent! My husband and I were beyond pleased with her tenatious style and professionalism. While assisting us with purchasing our home in Decatur, Kirsten was patient and tireless in helping us find the right house and ferret out all of the important details prior to the purchase. She is extremely knowlegdgeable, does her homework, and has many great connections in financing and home repairs--those connections were invaluable to us as we were relocating from out of state.

She was tactful but fearless in her negotiations on our behalf. We really felt that she was in our corner and looking out for our best interests during--and after the sell. She is simply the best, and we recommend her to everyone who mentions buy or selling a house.

We have been very fortunate to have Kirsten as our realtor. She is very knowledgeable about Atlanta’s different neighborhoods and works hard to make sure she finds the right home for you.

Throughout or housing search, which lasted several months, she made us feel as though we were her only clients. She went out of her way to make sure that we have all of the information and resources we needed. Her recommendations for brokers, inspections companies, contractors etc were incredibly helpful.

Even after the purchase of our home, Kirsten has stayed in touch and has continued to provide us with resources.

Our relationship with Kirsten started with a very short notice phone call. This set the tone for her work ethic moving forward.

We had a 5 day home buying trip with the relocation that she dedicated 100% to our needs. She spent from 11:00am – 10:00 pm with us every day of that trip. Throughout the total 6 month period we worked with her, she showed us over 130 homes, no exaggeration. She could take a wish-list of homes that we would email her the night prior (typically 10) and have appointments scheduled next morning.

We had to travel with a 3-year old for many of our property viewings. She was very understanding of our needs and respected the difficulties of bringing a child along for the viewings. This was very helpful to work with this type of flexibility.

During the entire process, we never felt any pressure and she worked tirelessly to learn our priorities and needs for our new home. When it came down to negotiating she typically knew the other realtor and was able to facilitate the negotiation in a very positive manner.

She continues to work for you through close of the sale, and making sure every detail of the purchase goes to plan. Kirsten is like a "super" realtor. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were armed with all of the information & resources we needed to buy our first home. Even after we closed.. We LOVE her!!!! We have already recommended her to several friends and can't wait to have her over for dinner.
