We ordered a granite counter top. A couple of days before instalation they called and said that the piece we picked out wasn't long enough and that they would have to put in a seam, but it wouldn't be noticeable. It is a mess and they can't fix it. We are still trying to get a replacement but they are trying to charge us another $300.00! They put a hole in my wall trying to fix it and the "seam" can be seen from across the room.

Our experience with Kitchenrama was a very good one. During a major remodeling in our house, we used Kitchenrama for new cabinets and granite countertops. We got three other estimates for both cabinets and granite and Kitchenrama's price quote was from far better. We decided to the espresso cabinets with Ubatuba granite (dark green color). The entire collaboration with the people at Kitchenrama and especially with Tao, the manager, was great. He kept in touch with us about every aspect of the design and installation. They removed the old cabinets and, in a two days process, we had the cabinets, including a pantry and a two-tier island, installed. A few days later, the beautifully polished countertops were in place. I have been using my new kitchen for the last month now and everything is so nice and practical. Tao helped us tremendously with suggestions about the design, what should be where and for what reason, and also with tips about granite choices. We honestly consider we saved a ton of money by going with this company, the saving was between 25-50% compared to the other companies that gave us quotes for the same cabinetry layout. Plus, we got a beautiful, elegant and modern kitchen. I highly recommend them.

Came to my home without any tools, the back splash was pieced together, the rim around the sink bowl is chipped, invoice states rip-out/haul away, they rip out but don't haul away. Oh and you have to pay in full before the job is complete.
