Knipp Contracting LLC

After many years of wanting to remodel our entire Kitchen/Family room, we decided to get it done. We chose Knipp Contracting after meeting with Jeff and his great team. They were on time, completed the project when promised and paid close attention to all of the details in our 51 year old home. My wife loves her new Kitchen, and if she is happy, we are all Happy. I would highly recommend Knipp Contracting and plan to use them on additional projects at our Home.

One of the best decisions made by my wife and I since moving to Arizona a year ago was hiring Knipp Contracting to remodel a lender owned home that we purchased. Wally and Mike Knipp did a great job of transforming a very neglected foreclosed property into our dream home. As a first time homebuyer, I was was nervous & hesitant in all that needed to be done with my home, but the guys and Knipp Contracting were phenomenal in everything the did. Whether it be pricing out the work, helping calm my anxiety or the acutal work that needed to be done. I can't say enough about Wally & Mike.. excellent guys.

Recently we had some of the worst rains in AZ history, and my roof sprang a leak. We called the original contractor and they where of no help. I then called Knipp Contracting looking for some guidance on what I could do.

Within a couple of hours they had a crew at my house (in the rain no less) to assess the leak and make repairs to stop any further damage.

I was very impressed with the crew that came to perform the repairs, they even took pictures and showed me the damage, since I was unable to get on the roof myself.

The repairs were performed in no time and the leak was fixed.

I was pleasantly surprise when I received a phone call a couple days later to follow up on the work that was performed and schedule the crew to come out one more time now that the rain had stopped to assure the repair was working.

Great customer service and a job well done!

I used Knipp Contracting for remodeling my house in the northwest valley. they where always on time and kept to their schedule, the overall work they did was professional and neatI will use them again in the future for more work
