The plumbing in our 47 year old house was developing leaks in many areas -- kitchen sink -- bathrooms -- supply lines, etc. We called a plumber whom

We had used several years ago but after about three hours and a bill he -- left But the leaks did not stop. The second plumber opened a drain line from a shower and sink and left - still had leaks.

A relative suggested we call Jon Koch and BINGO! He arrived on time, was very professional - surveyed our problems - gave us a repair and supplies cost up front - and started work. In very short order he had repaired the leaks, secured the needed parts and installed them. We couldn’t believe how long we had waited and how quickly things were repaired and replaced once we found the right plumber.

We will call Jon when we encounter plumbing problems again and in a house the age of ours we know that will happen. He is friendly, professional, unbelievably neat, reasonable -- he is the BEST!!!!!

Koch Plumbing came highly recommended to me, and for good reason. The owner has helped me on several occasions. Aside from being an excellent plumber, he is very friendly, trustworthy and conscientious. Most recently he helped me prepare my house to sell and he was very timely. He goes out of his way to provide excellent service and excellent customer service.

We have used this company for almost 10 yrs. We've called for both big and small jobs, and Mr. Koch always provides professional, timely service with a friendly smile! He will explain in intelligent language what you need to know, and is 100% trustworthy. We can always count on him - Plus our dogs love him! (a true test of good character :-) I hope we never have to rely on anyone else.

John, the owner of Koch Plumbing provides honest, timely, and courteous service. He has done several jobs for me and arrives when he tells you he will, gives accurate extimates for repairs, and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. It's getting hard to find a honest reliable people that you can trust to do the job right. He does a great job and everyone should use him, it may save your sanity!

We called Koch plumbing when we learned that we had a rootball blocking the sewer line from our house. John, the owner, could remove the rootball and replace the pipe, but does not own the equipment to locate the blockage. He suggested two companies to call which could locate the blockage, and told us exactly what to ask for. He gave us a price for removing the blockage that was several hundred dollars less than the quote from the company we paid to locate the blockage. He arrived within 24 hrs of our call and did a great job.
