Kolo Inc

So I didn't get my nostril pierced here, but by the awesome people at Piercing Experience. They do a great job but are a little too intense for me, so I bought my last nose ring at Kolo. The price was great and Gigi was so nice the last time I went so when my stud fell out during Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday I went back there to get another one. Problem was I ignorantly picked out a screw instead of a barbell and it was very uncomfortable to me (totally my fault though). They let me exchange it out for a barbell and only made me pay the differencevery nice of them! The people who say they can be aloof are not incorrect, but if you are looking for someone to throw you a parade for being a customer, you are in the wrong shopping district! They were helpful to me when it counted and they have a great jewelry selectionI won't shop anywhere else!...

I went for my first piercing and was very unsure considering the location of the piercing. Gigi was wonderful and very patient with the questions I had. I am definitely going back to Gigi for my next piercing.

I wanted to get my fraenulum pierced and spent a lot of time finding the right shop. Kolo came highly recommended. I am glad that I choose Gigi at Kolo. She was awesome about everything. She asked me what I was looking at achieve with my piercing and after discussing everything, we decided that a fraenulum piercing might not work, so I had Gigi do a Hafada piercing instead. She did a great job, took her time, and was very professional. They have a great selection of jewelery and are very knowledgeable. I will go back for more.

I wont go anywhere else! I hate getting piercings. But Gigi makes me feel so comfortable. She takes her time with me and is so understanding. She's so knowledgeable and inviting. I'm in the process of streching my ears, so I see her every 6 weeks. She's so personable. I wont go to anyone else.

this place is overrated, you have to wait forever, pay a lot and then on top of the rude attitude you get from the owner they act like they are almost too cool to take your $$. go somewhere else. beware
