False Advertising, 3/04/2014

Website says Free Estimates, however, they only give Free Estimates if you are purchasing a new unit. $75 Service Fee for existing units. Need to change website.


Very surprised by the poor customer service today, 7/10/2012

I can honestly say I've worked with Komery several times and haven't had a problem yet. The staff on the phone has always been pleasant, and I haven't had problems with the technicians; they try to... educate me on how my system works and what's wrong with it. They work with you with making payments, and I appreciate that in these hard times. So when I've needed my system serviced this time around, I didn't hesitate to call Komery. I scheduled an 8am appt today and even confirmed it, but by 12:30pm no one had showed. I called, and the office person accidentally scheduled me for the next day. I asked if they could send someone today; we're in the middle of a heat wave and I've been without AC for almost 2 weeks now! So someone shows up at 3pm...he tells me he can't do the job today because my furnace is in the attic and it's too hot. Ummm...isn't this a regular part of his job??? And I get that it's hot, but he knew what the job was going to be before coming to my home! Plus, the mix-up with the time was not my fault! He had the nerve to start fussing at me, saying that "you know that you should wait 'till tomorrow." At one point he dropped his tools; I rushed over and asked if he was ok, and he says, "I don't know why you came over here, you don't care about me." I'm absolutely appalled by how I was treated! I complained to the office manager, but she so-called understood why he was irritated. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.

Very Disappointed -- Would Not Recommend

I got a recommendation about Juan from a friend. When I requested him to come out and repair my A/C unit, I got another technician. That would have been fine if he'd fixed the problem of water backing up into my condensate pan. Unfortunately, two days after he came, I had the same problem again. The owner of the business came to my house, said he cleaned out my line as much as he could and said I'd probably be good for a while. If he meant four days, I suppose he was right. Ultimately, I discovered that neither technician had made any sort of effort to unclog my main drainage line. I gave them $100 for absolutely nothing. I did not feel that they were forthright about the issues with my unit and just wanted to make a quick fix that would temporarily placate me. Although Juan is probably an excellent technician, I cannot vouch for him because the company could not honor my request for him to service my unit. Instead, I can only say that I will never call Komery again.

Honest & Reliable

Juan, came out to diagnose my air conditioner and had to clean the coils in my outside unit. The cost was very reasonable and my unit is working great. They came out in a timely manor and were very honest and friendly. I will definitely recommend them.

Great To Work With

First of all, Fred was great! He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took his time to find out what the problem was, informing me of every step. Everyone was courteous from my very fist phone call this morning until the end of the service call. They even would allow me to make payments if I needed to which I appreciate. I would definately recommend to a friend.
