I'm a car guy that demands top quality work. I have been to several of the shops around town over the course of my life, and have been disappointed in the lack of quality from quite a few of them. In fact, only one body shop has been able to keep me as a repeat customer - Kong's Body Shop. I don't normally post reviews (just read them), but I have to question the credibility of the last 2 posts. On one of them, it looks like a shop patched up the customer's car for cheap - I would be very upset if that happened to one of my cars. On the other - if you paid 1/3 the price, you got 1/3 the quality. Paint is chemical - and quality chemicals cost almost as his price of his repair job - did they fix your car for free on labor? I doubt it. I know the quality I am receiving - as a matter of fact, one of my highly modified car's is being repaired at Kong's right now. And I can honestly say that I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else.

I had a dent on tail gate of my minivan and paint came off on the sides and front bumper. I hired a guy from craigslists and he asked 180 USD to remove dent and fix rest of the things. He messed up my van and made it worst. I took it to Kong's shop after reading excellent review about this guy. He told me that it costs 2700 USD to fix everything. I asked few of my friends if any one knew good body shop around down and I was told about this shop in Lithia Auto Service in Lithia Springs GA. He quoted me 900 USD and told me that he wouldn't negotiate. He did an excellent job and I'm amazed to see the quality of his work and couldn't thing of anything better. I would highly recommend this guy to any one. His contact number is 404-735-1483 and his name is Steve.

I went to Kongs recently to get an for repairs on my car. My wife had run into a post and caused some body damage that required repairing and painting. Kongs quoted me $1100 which was about the same cost a that I got from a dealership repair center. I went to Abra Autobody and they corrected the problem for 1/3rd the price. I would recommend people check out other places to ensure that they are getting a reasonable price. I have gone to Kongs in the past to have a spoiler installed on my car. They did a good job, but even then they charged me $360 (for a relatively simple job).

Having your car repaired at this body shop is actually a pleasant experience. You can trust Sung Kong to expertly handle everything: deal with your insurance company if necessary, present you with options, fix everything right the first time, and put your car back like it was, usually for less money and faster than you expected. He is honest and stands behind his work. We have used his services on four occasions, from small repair (done while we waited!!) to major damage and have been consistently satisfied each time. Recommended very, very highly.

Kong actually came in under the insurance reimbursement on a repair, while another well-reviewed shop gave me a quote that was several hundred dollars over. If you need body work on your car, this should be your first stop.

We brought a damaged Toyota Prius to Kong's to be repaired. A tree limb had fallen and broken the windsheild and dented the sheet metal right at the union of two pieces of sheet metal. We got 3 quotes for repairing the car and Kong's was the best. His attention to detail for the quote was impressive and meticulous. He recommended changing several of the body panels as opposed to using body filler and the price was still better than the competition. We arranged for the car to be repaired and Mr. Kong was very accomodating to our schedule, even when we had to reschedule and then ask for the car to be fixed very quickly when we brought it in. The turnaround time was EXCELLENT, which lowered the cost on the car rental. The shop is well organized and efficient. We had a great experience and would recommend ANYONE to bring their car to Kong's body shop. He will respect you, your car, your money, and your time.

Their quote was less than half of local competitors!! They do great work!! Even fixed a marker light for free! Would highly recommend and go back for repeat business.

Kong's estimate was $400 cheaper than another estimate I got and they were completely honest about the results I could expect based on the amount of damage my car had sustained. The results turned out to be superb and I was thrilled.

I was very pleased with the work done by Kongs Body Shop. They were polite and professional and best of all, they were affordable. They fixed the damage to my car for a LOT less than the quote from the dealer.

I went to three different body shops for quotes for a dent/scratch that spanned two panels. Kong's gave me a quote that was less than half of what the dealer offered! Not only that, but the work was done in a week, and after the body shop was finished with it, it looked as if nothing had even happened to my car. There was a slight problem with the car after I got it back, but I called up the shop and they fixed it in half an hour while I waited on it for no extra charge. It was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

I was in a hit-n-run accident that damaged the right rear panel of my Jeep Wrangler. I took it around to three different places, and Kong's gave me the best price and told what things needed repairing not replacing, which would cost more. Other places tried to convince me I needed to replace parts and added in extra costs that obviously weren't necessary. Sung got me in soon after and the car looks great. I would definitely use this service again.
