This store just helped us out of a major jam. The company we purchased furniture from closed and we were about to deliver our baby. We called the manufacturer and they referred us to Koo Koo Bear to help us get our furniture. I have to say they jumped through hoops to get our furniture here in a couple of days and saved the day. I wish we would of went to them first. When we went to the store to pick up our furniture we fell in love with the store and the staff we met that helped us so much. You guys really saved the day!

The absolute best kids store! Every time I have to get a baby gift I shop at KooKoo Bear and I have never been disappointed. They have a great selection so I can always find a special gift. The staff is very friendly and helpful too, which adds to a perfect shopping experience.

The clothes are cute, and clearly quality, but more than I typically spend on my little stain-masters' wardrobes. If I were going to buy a $20 t-shirt for a six month old, this is where I'd do it. Guess that would also make it a great place to buy a baby gift, now that I think about it.

Their after-sales is horrendous. Here's our experience: - Bought a floor-model crib around April for $800 from the Norcross store. - Delivered in June and we saw we were charged for delivery again when we already paid for it when we bought it in the store - Had to send them receipts and invoices because apparently they cannot keep their records straight - Took a couple of weeks and some phone calls to get the delivery fee refunded - Took us a few weeks to try to assemble the crib as we were setting up the nursery, found out that I was missing hardware and that the crib was REPAIRED (one of the holes of the panel was cracked and they inserted some sort of female screw where you can screw in instead of directly in the hole in the wood), this means I cannot assemble the crib - Contacted them June 19 and June 25 to ask if floor models were supposed to be repaired and sold. I was told that that shouldn't be the case and that they would make it right and order the repaired panel as well as the missing hardware - July 8, I called again because there was no updates on the missing panel and hardware. I was starting to get frustrated since I had to call each time to get an answer when they specifically told me they were going to call me the same day for updates. They tell me again that they would keep me updated via email. - It's August now and nothing, tried calling no answer and emailing no answer. I am left to find parts for a crib I haven't even used.

Koo Koo Bear Kids really has some beautiful children's furniture as well as home furnishings in general. I have heard really positive things about them from the women in my community that have children. Also, they have a very nice website. Although these items are high end and may be on the expensive side, they also have very unique items.

We just got our daughter the Zoe storage unit bed. She fell in love with it while we were in the store looking for new beds. I said she could get it under one condition, she would utilize the storage space and keep her room clean. We have had the bed for about a few weeks now and she has been keeping her room immaculate.

I am so thrilled a friend told me about this store. I originally when to the Rosewell location but then found the Clearance Room at the Norcross location where they have some pieces for 50% to 70% off!
