Dr. Alan Kozarsky As I mentioned to you today this has been a life changing event, I can see clearly, it is amazing! I cannot thank you enough. • My eyesight is more than perfect • Everything is brighter and clearer • Everything I see is bold and defined - no fuzziness! • I can read the small print! • I can see more - horizontally and vertically - I was not expecting this or realized I previously must have had a narrow vision path. As you promised there has been no down time, I was able to see after the surgery, I drove to meet with you the next morning. I am absolutely delighted with the results and will recommend you to friends and family. Thank you so very much, this has been a life changing event for me. I should have done it years ago but was afraid it would hurt. As you said all I had to do was watch the light show! Thank you so very much

My experience with Dr. Kozarsky was nothing short of a miracle. After waking up each morning for the past 15+ years and reaching for glasses, the fact that I can now wake up and see the alarm clock is amazing. It is the little things that really make a difference! Dr. Kozarsky and his team are amazing; they are thorough, invested in your outcome, and truly care about each patient. I would not hesitate to go through the entire experience again and would whole heartedly encourage anyone who is considering LASIK to have a consultation with Dr. Kozarsky!

I am an Air Force ROTC student here in Atlanta, Georgia. I always wanted to be a pilot, but my bad eyesight seemed like an obstacle that I could not get through. I made the decision to get laser eye surgery and was referred to Dr. Kozarsky. From day one he treated me with the most respect and could easily relate to me, because he is a pilot himself. He accurately and efficiently did all the pre-lim tests and measurements before the surgery, then in a timely manner performed PRK surgery. I had no complications with my surgery and my vision was instantly improved. Now six months after my surgery, my vision is BETTER THAN 20/20, and I have recently been accepted into flight school for the Air FORCE. If you want to be a Pilot in any service or genre, CHOOSE DR. KOZARSKY!

I had worn contacts for 40+ years and literally blind without lenses or glasses. When I had to start wearing reading glasses over my contacts, I decided to investigate lasik eye surgery. Previously, my brother and his wife had excellent lasik results with Dr. Alan Kozarsky so I had a consultation with him. I was happy to know that he could perform the "easy" laser surgery since my corneas were still good. (My brother and his wife had the more complicated surgery due to thinner corneas.....but with the same excellent results.) My surgery was at 3pm on a Friday and I could see perfectly on Saturday morning at 8am. Truly amazing.... The actual surgery was very interesting and surprisingly fast. He corrected one eye for distance viewing and one for reading and it has been wonderful. I highly recommend him because, quite honestly, he changed my life. I can't say enough positive things about the experience. So if you are considering lasik, please schedule a consultation with Dr. K. He truly is the best!

Had lasik done by Dr. Kozarsky back in March of 2000. Best decision I've ever made. When I first met him (after knowing he did Greg Maddox, other Opthamologists, etc.) I was still nervous. I said "How many of these have you done?" and he said something like "You're my third". He was obviously joking as he told me he'd performed literally thousands - but it's that kind of personality that set my mind at ease. Having him perform the surgery was the best decision I've ever made - and if I needed a correction, I would go right back to him. As a follow up - I went back for a visit - still the same great opthamologist and as an added bonus on the Braves team - he's also done Jair Jurrjens!

Dr. K was refered to me from a previous practice who in light really messed up my eyes. I have been under his care for over a year. He has been there for me when needing answers and really has supported my efforts in getting better by letting me go to other opinions in between visits. Being 35 and mother of 3 my life has been put through the ringer and back b/c of bad PRK. Dr K has assured me I will get through this "road in the bump" and he is here for the ride. I trust he will let me see again and not pass me to the next guy like the other doctor.I trully believe he is the good guy and follows his code of ethics.

There is not enough to say about this wonderful doctor. He is amazing as an eye surgeon with a great gift. He has a good personality as well. He goes the extra mile to take care of his patients. I would not see anyone else for eye surgery.

I postponed having Lasik until my personal eye doctor felt that it was well tested. My vision has been poor since I was 9. I had not been able to comfortably wear my gas permeable lenses for about 2 years. My life has definitely improved since the procedure. I wish I had not waited so long. Dr. Kozarsky made one eye a little undercorrected for reading. I occasionally wear reading glasses for very small print. The stress of dealing with contacts every day was much more severe than I realized. I want my daughter to have this procedure and will of course want Dr. Kozarsky for her as well. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Also, the entire service is very reassuring and well executed.

As a rule, I don't like doctors, doctors' offices, hospitals, etc. This doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable, and answered all of my questions.

I had my lasik done by Dr. Kozarsky several years ago. It was the best decision I ever made. I have had no complications and my eyes have remained 20/20. Dr. Kozarsky made no special promises prior to surgery and the procedure was fully explained including any possible complications. I was encouraged to ask questions and I was fully comfortable with my decision. I have recommended several friends to Dr. Kozarsky who are thinking of lasik.

I do not share the same enthusiasm about Dr. Kozarsky. He came highly recommended. I discussed my medical history with him - he said I would have 'no problem' with the procedure. Not the case at all. I trusted him. Major complications where my vision has been seriously compromised. He should have not been so cavalier about things. Now I have to see several specialists as a result of this and each one has said he was 'crazy' to do LASIK on me. So please educate yourself and don't rely strictly on a medical professional that wants your money.

Dr. Kozarsky delivers what he says. I had my lasik performed in early January and he told me exactly what I should expect and he delivered what he said. I love my new eyesight!!

Dr. Kozarsky is clearly the absolute best laser specialist in Atlanta. Unlike the cheapie laser doctors who just do lasik once in a while, Dr. K and his associated are eye surgeons who specialize in corneal transplants and other corneal surgeons. They spend a great deal of their time fixing other lasik doctors mistakes! And - they have THE most advanced equipment available today. If you do you research, you'll verify what I'm saying. He is more expensive than the other guys - but you get what you pay for. Don't skimp when it comes to your eyes!

Dr. K is one of the best for Lasik that money can buy. He's a bit more expensive than the others, but he's done Greg Maddox and Elton John, so you KNOW he's the best!
