When I sought treatment from Dr. Kramer for my hep-C,he insisted that my only option was to immediately begin a regimen of interferon shots. Having heard about the treament's lack of success combined with grueling side effects,I asked if there were no other way;very politely,I might add. He became quite hostile, and in a week I reciened a registered letter from him requesting that I not return, because of"differences in personality". Two weeks after this occurred,it was discovered that I also had cardiomyopathy with a blood clot in my heart, which in combination with interferon therapy, can be potentially life-threatening. My experience with Dr. Kramer was several years ago before the advent of Pegasys combination therapy. He's rude, and didn't even check my heart. Terrible!

Dr. Kramer has performed both an Esophagoscopy and a Colonoscopy on me, at different times in my life, and he did a fantastic job both times. He's got a great sense of humor and bedside manner, and he truly cares about his patients.
