If you have any other options I'd suggest you use them. While I'm sure he is knowledgable, the staff is terrible, wait times are long and Dr Krendal is not personable or very helpful. He treats you like you're interfering with his day. I'd avoid him if at all possible.

He started writing a prescription before he even let us finish talking and asking questions. Seemed grouchy and not personable. He did not seem to care about how I felt. I have been dealing with migraines my whole life and was just in his room for 5 minutes. Was not happy and will not return or recommend this Dr. to anyone. On the other hand the person working at the front desk was friendly.

I agree with the last poster, he may very well be a knowledgable MD,but found him to be abrubt, short on bedside manners and very quick to come to a conclusion based on a 10 min interview. Not about to go back

Dr. Krendel may be knowledgeable and he may actually help my family if we give him the chance; but both he and the nurse who met with us were all business, very abrupt. Every step in their examining of my stepson (with my wife and I present in the room) was done in a breathless, rapid-fire manner, with very little explanation of anything. Perhaps they are under pressure to see a lot of patients, beyond the obvious motive to make more money. There are physician shortages in many fields now, and I don't know if neurology is one of them. Nonetheless, if you want to see a physician you will feel comfortable with, who will show some reasonable effort to have a conversation with you about your needs, then don't go to this one.
