Kroger's groceries are decent quality and super-cheap, and this store location has everything I need and then some... I buy a variety of specialty and health food items, and the store is decently stocked for the health nuts and Vegans in the area. Their produce selection is great, the store brand items are just as good as name brand (just with *gasp* simpler package designs), and having a Kroger card is a good way to save on grocery bills. ...the facilities are pretty clean when I go there, which is a plus. however....No two individual stores are completely alike, even within the bigger chain grocery stores. I agree that people (customers AND most staff) seem very rude and impatient, but that's mostly during rush hours and between 10 p.m. and early morning hours... As far as people go, I've encountered some very friendly staff there too, and the pharmacy techs all seem to know what they're doing at least (that's a big deal in that department). The people aren't always so unpleasant, really. but again, it depends on when You go.

Is it just me or are the customers at this particular Kroger ruder than others? It seems like everytime I go to this Kroger, I get run over, nasty looks & general displeasure from the other shoppers. What's up with these people?

This "new" neighborhood Kroger has got it right from the beginning, placing an emphasis on customer service. When there are snags, they are quick to fix them. The wine selection rocks.
