Many issues since new management took over during the summer. They never have the items in stock that are on sale in their circulars. They are always out. Biggest complaint is being lied to by managers. Purchased an item that was marked .99. I was charged 1.25. I asked manager and he said the sign was wrong so took down the signs. Later the item was marked at .75 cents. I was charged 1.25. I showed the manager the 6 signs that said .75 cents. They took down all of those signs. If the manager would have takenthem all down and addressed the issue originally like he said this wouldn't have happened. Plus I wonder how much they made when they took and extra .50 cents from everyone in our community that bought this water because he was too lazy to to what he said? Are they gonna give back all the extra money they stole?

I live in the neighborhood and go to this Kroger on a regular basis. There are a lot of sale priced and Manager Special items. Quality meat and produce. Plus, by shopping at Kroger I receive a discount on gas at Kroger locations with gas pumps.

Kroger, at first glance, looks like a store that sells primarily vegetables. They seem to have a larger range of vegetables than Walmart. And good quality too. If you want that particular type of pepper, this is the place to go. Chances are, you will get it. With the discount card, things get cheap too.

This is a onvenient location since it is close to work and home. It is just like a standard Kroger. Convenience is the main reason we go there. But traffic gets bad on Howell Mill especially after the Walmart shopping center and a few big stores were opened in that area.
