I like shopping at places where the employees treat their customers nice. A lot of the cashiers are teenagers and they are friendly and smile. I primarily shop here and haven't had the problems as the user. I buy a lot of the Kroger brand items like their soda. I'm surprised that it's consistent in taste unlike Walmart's.

Let me start by saying that I enjoy shopping at Kroger and have no contempt towards the corporation. Kroger has some of the cheapest prices with best selection in general of products out there. That aside, let me give you all an earfull of THIS Kroger. It has been my misfortune being trapped with this as the only major chain grocery within 15 minutes of my home since I moved to the area one year ago. Where this Kroger offers a pleasing clean visual appeal, it more than lacks in substance. There have been more than 4 consecutive visits to this store within just the last few months that they have repeatedly been completely out of the same items. I have often left the store near furious that upwards of 12 ITEMS that I wish to purchase are either no longer sold at this lousy franchise, or are simply infinitely out of stock. The past 4 times I have been to the store they have been out of the 1 flavor of the salad dressings that I enjoy the most. None of the others seem to be out, only this one. The stock boys think that if they over-stock the other items to cover the gap people wont notice the one flavor they want is eternally out of stock. The store constantly runs out of major items that I would believe are high sellers. The Deli staff for the most part is uncaring and will not listen to your order. I have stopped buying deli meat here because of this. I cannot wait for the Ingles to open to give this locale monopoly some much needed competition.
