Seek out another gym and do your research.I was forced to go to them after knuckle-up tanked and wasn't really surprised when they never offered anything better.customer service was still non-existent, and they were still only interested in their bottom line and not their customers.unfortunately, now I am stuck in a contract with them, even though medical reasons should let me end it...they will not let me be free of them.

After 7 months my grandson wished to cancel. After 30 days notice in June they are still billing me. They use a biling service ASF from Denver. Both say they other hasn't cancelled. Beware, not easy to stop billing once they bill your credit card. Several phone calls and all emails except one go unanswered from Vladamir. Kerry

I had a very bad experience when I try to sign up for my son. The trainer happen to be the owner but he has zero customer service. I am glad that I did not enroll my son. He pushed me.
