we in the south but the front desk staff did not get the memo....they always have ugly looks on their face....no thank you, no thanks for coming...i want to pray for happiness all over them at that place....

I know this is a new club, but the general manager is ONLY concerned with selling memberships. When there is a problem that needs addressing, his response was to turn and walk away. I have never seen such a deplorable lack of management in my entire life. I have been a member since 1978 (at a predecessor club). Buy yourself a treadmill and don't even consider joining this club. I wish I could rate "service" with NEGATIVE stars.
