If you plan to use this club as your home club--sure go ahead. But don't trust the old guy who says he's the manager especially if you buying a multi-state pass. I asked directly 3 times if the membership I was buying would access every club in the State of Texas and he said absolutely yes. Guess what? He lied or was completely ignorant of his job. He managed to get upfront money out of me. So good job. I've been a member of your club off and on for years. But since u scammed me on this one year, I will never use LA Fitness again for the next 30. This club manager has no moral compass. Not a good business model to scam members for short term gain in the long run u lose. Stay away. Never thought I'd say this about LA Fitness...

I never write reviews, but I am very angry right now. I wanted to change home gyms, so I called to ask what I needed to do. The first lady didn't seem to know what she was talking about (there may or may not be a charge, I may or may not be able to do it). I called back, spoke to someone who said it was no problem, it was in the system and should go through any day. I went to the new home gym for the past few days with no problem. The guy at the front desk said it was fine when I went in the 1st day & I explained that I was changing home gyms. When I went today, the operations manager said it was not fine and I may be charged $100(or I may not, she didn't know for sure). She asked who I spoke to originally and I didn't know his name. But, I showed her the call log on my phone to prove I called and at what time(maybe she could figure out who was working then). She pretty much acted as though I was lying about who I spoke to and what was said. Come to find out, I was also being charged for my boyfriend's cancelled membership for 5 months. Of course, when he went in to cancel, they never told him he had to send a form in to do it officially. They had said, no problem, it's done. Once again, lack of training on the staff. How am I responsible for the staff not knowing what they can and can't do? Make sure you write down whoever you speak to, what time, what day. Maybe bring a witness next time. Completely crazy!!

I have been a member for 10 years now, since it was Austrailian BodyWorks. The locker rooms are always disgusting, giant balls of hair remain in the shower for days at a time, there is one hair dryer in there. There is one stall that has been locked forever now, what is hiding behind this door? The cleaning girl remains on her pink Razor phone the enitre time I am in there. The trash is never emptied from the stalls. If you blow a circuit drying your hair, there is no one available that knows how to flip a circuit breaker. The equipment is always sticky, which would be expected later on in the day but not at 6AM. There is always a line for cardio equipment in the afternoons. There is always an out of order sign on the treadmills. The manager will not do anything for you. Don't bother complaining about anything. There is a policy not to leave items in the lockers overnight, however this is not enforced. I would prefer that it were not a policy, with the hairdryer issue, I would love to leave mine there. If there is going to be a policy enforce it or remove it. Oh yeah, and there are the klepto employees that I can't forget to mention. The only friendly member of the staff that I have met is the weekday opener. Much better than the previous guy that opened, he set the scanner on the counter and sat in the chair at the entrance on his cell phone, rather than assisting anyone.

One of the few gyms that does not make you sign a contract. Great month-to-month plans. There are many gyms throughout Atlanta to use. This gym is clean and has plenty of equipment although the pool is lacking- only 2 lap lanes.

I have been a member for a couple months and am really enjoying this facility. I have had no pressure about Personal Training. I usually swim laps and have been able to immediately get a lane of my own 90% of the time (thus, "please don't join"!) It's clean and is open when I want to go there. The staff is available and very friendly.

My wife and I both get in and get out without having to wait around for equipment to open up. Plenty of classes for her, and enough free weights for me. Great room for the kids to run around if you like using this service (which we do for our 3 and 5 year olds).

I'd give it 5 stars, but have to take one off due to the crowds, the occassional broken equipment and the lack of classes that appeal to me. Other than that - great facility. Nice people, but they are WAY too pushy on the personal training.

Good club that has plenty of space. A coupel of the showers and bathroom stalls are out of order but I trust they will get them fixed soon. There is alot of open space and it rarely is too crowded.

I just don't like being pressured to do personal training. I guess they have to offer, but I have been asked by about 5 different people. Can't they just put me on a list of people that don't want personal training services. Other than that this place is great. It is very close to home and often very busy. Best times to go are early morning and late evening.
