I have no idea why people return to this gym other than the location. It is way too hot to exercise, smells, has mold on the water fountains and on top of that management is the rudest group of people. The class instructors are good but they are sub-contracted. Unless you want to drive to another LA Fitness reconsider other gyms in the area. Paying more for a clean gym and NICE people is worth it. CORPORATE LA FITNESS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

This location really needs some major renovations. The low ceilings and poor ventilation system gives the entire gym a unpleasant odor and icky sticky factor. The hip hop class at this facility is a joke. The instructor does not know anything about working out or hip hop. He can not even do the moves himself. I left the class after 15 min.

I have been a member of LA Fitness for close to 10 years and go at least 3x per week. I love that they have locations all over town. The equipment is decent, but when something breaks it takes weeks to fix it, even the water fountains and scales in the locker rooms can be out of service for long periods of time. My biggest complaint about this gym (but probably all gym's do this) is that they do not offer water bottle recycling. It pains me to see the garbage stuffed with empty water bottles. It would be so easy to have a plastic bottle recycling bin. I always take mine home with me. The Buckhead gym is also very strict about not having magazines available for the members. Very strange.

The equipment is old and more often than not it is also broken. The fitness "trainers" harrass you non-stop to buy their personal training sessions (they are a big joke though - don't waste your $$ on them) AND the male personal trainers hit on the females working out in the gym all the time. I almost had to report one of them to the manager it got so bad. The people at the front desk that check you in are very nice though. The locker rooms are kept pretty clean too. Overall though, between the old building, old equipment and annoying personal trainers I do not recommend this LA Fitness.

The gym is conveniently located for those who work/live in Buckhead...but it could be cleaner. It does get very crowded at certain times. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Not a bad gym for folks who want to spend under $40/month on membership. Maintenance of machines could be a bit better, but overall this location is about average.

Though it is one of the more crowded gyms, I prefer this location over other LA FITNESS gyms because of the great equipment, cleanliness, and helpful staff. When my locker was broken into (it happens at all gyms) they advised me to cancel my CC'ds (which was a good idea, I was so mad at the time I had not thought about someone writting down my #'s) and reimbursed me for the lock. Thanks, LA FITNESS!
