LA Fitness Toco Hill Club

Please clean the carpet in the women's locker room or maybe just change it!!! Also, please clean the water area; whirl pool and pool and sauna more frequently. Thanks.

The Trainers Are Only Paid $6.00 per session!!!

The problem that I am having with LA Fitness" training program is that they are not retaining their trainers. Do you realize that out of the $30 dollars that you pay per session, the trainers only receive $6? That's less than 25%.

LA Fitness cites insurance fees and equipment maintenance costs as the reason they are collecting the bulk of the money, but aren't those covered by my main membership? Plus, I'm less likely to injure myself or damage the equipment if I'm working with a trainer.

The trainer has all the knowledge, all the experience; is the one giving all the time; is the one that gets to know the trainee, his/her fitness goals, his/her special needs etc.; is the one who develops a relationship with his/her trainee; and yet the trainer is the one who's collecting the equivalent of a finder’s fee.

That's why they can't retain trainers. If I had known this before I signed on, then I wouldn't have signed on. Every time I have to switch trainers, my fitness progress suffers a major setback. Then I have to get to know a new trainer all over again, or more importantly, they have to get to know me.

Don’t sign up for the training sessions if you want any consistency at all.

after I canceled my membership for few months they started calling at least 3 times a day trying to get me to reinstateI was told that I only have to pay my regular monthly payments. and I was stupid enough and did it two days later my account was charged another amount when I called customer service they said well that is the policy and I have to call the local gym; I did and the (CLUB DIRECTOR) was telling that I just wasn't listening to him and he explained everything over the phone. _well maybe he did but I guess I probably don't speak his language_ overall the club is crowded most of the time you do have to wait for equipments for a period of time (since most members) use machines for over 20 mn.women (all shapes) walk naked (comfortably) in the locker room also lot of ladies will use the sauna while listening to loud music or talking on cellphones.. will be definitely my last time using LA FINTNES. the staff at the club and the corporate office have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALLalso they will call you saying they're running special (promotions) but everyone gives a different price. one will say $145 registration fee the other can let you have it for only $99 while another one might let get it FREE. so be careful dealing with these people...

Terrible / Rude customer service. I have my membership through my office, but added my wife on to the account out of my own pocket. Trying to cancel that account has been the most painful experience I have ever had with a gym. I will never set foot inside another LA Fitness again b/c of this. My wife has never used the membership and they will not offer any sort of credit towards the account. On top of that, they are charging me for an additional month even though they can clearly see that she has never used the membership in the 10 months that she has had it. Unacceptable. Beware.

I decided to join a LA Fitness in my hometown and switched my membership over when I moved down the street from the Toco Hills Location. I recently cancelled my membership due to the unacceptable service. I will never go back to LA Fitness because of the experience I had with this facility.
