I went in and spent 375$ on an alarm w/ keyless start... Now maybe I got what I paid for but it started the day I got it installed. First and foremost the majority of the staff were childish social retards (to be expected I in a stereo shop i guess), Installation took approximately 4.5 hours, The alarm gave me trouble within a week, and eventually the remote they gave me (i didn't find out I was supposed to receive 2 until i called the manufacturer) broke shortly after (making the alarm useless), and worst of all when I came back to get a new one because I had a "warranty" It took the shop 9 weeks to supposedly "get the new remote". I recently took the alarm out of my car because it was still malfunctioning and I found out it had been crudely taped in, and all of the main pieces had simply been stuffed under my dashboard. I hope anyone that's thinking about going there reads this before wasting their money.

I recently bought an amp and a keyless entry for my car. The amp installation took longer than expected and they didn't install everything back correctly. I found several screws and extra parts that were not reinstalled. In some places the screws were totally gone so I now have some loose panels in the car. When I received my car back there was also a deep long scratch on the front bumper. Overall my experience with them was horrible. I will never go back to them and will tell others to stay away too.
