We needed our fireplace/chimney cleaned and inspected. They came exactly when they said they would. They worked efficiently and cleanly. They also didn't try to pad the bill with unneeded services.

It's hard to get excited about a chimney sweep, but they do. Did a great job - ontime, honest, and didnt try to upsell me anything. Actually caulked around the gas line for free. Seemed like a fair deal and our fireplace looks really clean. No dust in the house. I'm wishing I would have had them do my dryer vent now.

These guys were great. Right on time and the best price. They even found issues and told me how we could fix them ourselves rather than making it seem like we had to use them. Very honest and professional. Extremely clean too!

They showed up exactly on time and explained the work they were going to do. The job took almost twice as long as they expected, which tells me that they do the job right because it was a fixed price. When they were done, they cleaned up well and answered all my boring questions about our prefab all metal fireplace from the 80's. Perfect! Thanks for a job well done, I'll call again in a few years for sure.

I always dread having someone come to my home. I am always upsold and told something has to be completely replaced. Living in a home built in 1989 I swore I would need a chimney cap or a whole new flue. I personally thought that the damper was broken and I was ready to be told that it needed to be replaced. NOPE! They cleaned it and showed me how to use my damper correctly. I live all the way up in Kennesaw and was only charged $155.00 for cleaning, inspecting, etc.. They also left no trace that they were here... other than a clean fireplace!!

Just call this company and ask for Hilliard and Diane. They came on time, were very professional and were very careful while cleaning. I plan to use them again for more work on my chimney later. You will not be sorry, these two know what they are doing and will not try to overcharge you for work you do not need. I LOVE when I find reliable people!!!! Thanks Hilliard and Diane!

1st had a more advertized company do my sweep. Quoted $2,600 for multiple repairs of which I was suspicious. LM Richardson gave me a second opinion for a reasonable price and confirmed my suspicion in writing - I didn't need any major repairs. He even made a few minor repairs at no additional charge. I know who I am calling the first time, next time. Thanks for saving me a bundle.

Hillard and Diane arrived on time, took care for our carpet and cleaned the chimney. They were professional, kind and to the point. Hillard answered my questions about the other service that I am having completed (gas valve issue). Highly recommend. You will not regret it.

I chose this company based on the Kudzu reviews, and am very glad I did! Called the number to schedule an appointment, and the process was extremely friendly and professional. Mr. Richardson showed up on time, took one look up my chimney and told me that I did not need a cleaning. Then he did a safety inspection and installed a safety cap in no time flat. He too was friendly and professional the entire time, and even gave me some tips on how to properly build the fire for safety & efficiency. I will definitely be giving these guys a call when my chimney needs to be serviced again!

After calling a few companies LM Richardson gave me the lowest quote. Based on reviews of Kudzu, I went with them and do not regret it at all. They quoted me for the air duct cleaning and chimney cleaning was included for free. Mr. Dainell was on time, was very professional, showed me everything he was doing. He was also very understanding about moving cars or furniture around to get to appliances that he needed to clean. When he was done he cleaned-up floor etc. Also, he fixed our furnace for free (needed some tape) and after examining fireplace he explained why it does not need cleaning and cleaned the furnace for free instead. Definitely will recommend to friends.

They came on 4/20/09 and cleaned the chimney. They set up another visit for the "expensive" part of the repair which included redoing my chimney top, the inside bad part of my fireplace and installing a damper after the storms of 4/13 /09 blew my cap off and loosened some bricks.I knew I needed some work since my house was built in 1945 and had never had any chimney work done. They showed where I could have had a serious fire.They were clean and caring about my house. Thumbs up to Hillard and Diane. L&M is a great fair value conscious company.If you got a firelace you use, call 'em.

Very refreshing to locate a company that exhibits a high degree of customer service, dependability and fair prices. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time, also the technician was very efficient in cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and chimney. I'm glad we decided to get a second opinion since the repair work assessed by another company was not needed. Our fireplace system was given a clean bill of health except a problem with the damper which the technician fixed for free. We felt like we just got a portion of our economic stimulus package.

Where do I begin? They missed their 3 hour window and showed up 20 minutes late. They worked for 2 hours and then said they would have to schedule another time to complete the job - which ended up being 1 month later for a weekend appointment. After assuring me that they would not, they left me with an unusable fireplace for 1 month.

After investigating our records-our records do not reveal a customer with the initials PhilC3 which is a disadvantage that we (the service provider) have no clue as to who you are and furthermore, our company never schedules appointments with a 3 hour window. Our arrival time for appointments are set within a 1-2 hour window. All appointments for additional repair work, etc. is always scheduled through the main office, not the technician since the technician does not have privy to our apppointment availability schedule. Future appointments are always based on availability in a timely fashion and does not warrant us scheduling a followup appointment 1 month after the original appointment date unless requested by the customer which in any case our records do not reveal.
