La Botana

Fast & friendly with good food and a nice patio. The parking lot is always full but, somehow, the wait is never long.

Look, in past review, those that think this is the best Mexican food around, must have had 'Taco Bell' as their benchmark so sad. La Botana is a Georgia TexMex Place that means a serious drop down from real Mexican food and a definite drop down from the restaurants near the towns and cities on the Mexican/USA border (like in Texas!) but, still, La Botana is better than Taco Bell. That said, on the upside, this place is well run,the service is good and attentive and the food has ample portions. Caveat: When I arrived I asked the waitress where she was from, "Mexico Senior" Great, so I asked "what on the menu here is closest to the food in Mexico?" "Oh, mi Dios, Senior huevos?"...

I go here a lot for lunch. They have a great menu for incredibly cheap prices. Everything is good, the service is excellent, highly recommended!

I have been going here almost once a week ever since they openedfast and friendly service alwaysgreat "big beer"---I like my mexican food really spicy hot(from living in Texas for 16 years) and they make it the way I like it. Great location but sometimes a little short on parking places(I guess that says that lots of people want to come here!)Must be an endorcement too! As I said, it is my first choice anytime I crave Mexican food!!!...

I love Mexican food and this is one of the all time best for me. Great service and great prices. I do lunch here on a regular basis. Never disappointed.
