At least after reading these other reviews, I know I'm not the only one who had an issue with this place! I too bought a Groupon for 3x massages. I've been trying to schedule the first one for months. They NEVER answer the phone. I've left multiple messages. Last week I finally got a person and she said she'd have someone call me back. I even threatened to report them to Groupon if I didn't hear back by the end of the week. I gave them 3 additional days and nothing. Called again today and nothing. I feel like they are taking the money from the Groupons and not allowing people to schedule their appointments. No after seeing all these reviews, I should be glad I didn't get an appointment because apparently it would have been miserable! I just called Groupon and reported them and they gave me a refund with no problem at all. If you've had the same problem, call Groupon. They'll take care of you very quickly.
