I know why this restaurant went out of business late last year. Just so-so food & overpriced for what you got. The first time I visited, many years ago, I actually really enjoyed it. The quality & service steadily declined after that.

We were surpised at the difference between this La Strada and the one in East Cobb. The food was average, and expensive for pasta. We'll stick with the other location.

Haven't been to LaStrada in over a year. What a terrible experience. The food was so pricey yet so average, even below average. We will never go back. Who would come running back for a $16 dry chicken breast entre or a $20 very very average tilapia (it was the special - we didn't ask for a price quote and got burned on that!) I was so ready for the yummy food and we both walked away thinking the only thing good there was the bread. We never mind something pricey if the food is fantastic and service is perfect, but the food and service were sub-par for their price points. No wonder the seating wasn't even half-full.

My favorite item is the walnut and gorgonzola salad. A close second is the chicken alfredo. La Strada has a atmosphere and friendly staff. The prices are very affordabale. There are a couple locations to choose from.

We used to drive eighty miles to eat at another location. After a long lapse tried Roswell Road and that's it. Beware the new waitress who does not know the difference between angel hair and linguine and who is not aware of which pasta is in which dish. The food is also very oily. People mostly seated in clumps though few customers. My advice is drive further, pay more, or less, but don't stop here.
