I was not impressed. I paid for a 60 min. classic facial and even though I arrived 10 minutes prior, I only got 45 minutes for the facial. My face has a bumpy rash on it even a week later that is itchy and dry. I think the exfoliation was too rough for my skin. Receptionist was not friendly. I asked if the dressing/undressing time is included in the 60 minutes and she said that they add an extra 10 min. to each appt. for that. I'm not sure why Christina did not give me the full hour. I've had facials before, and this one was 6 on a scale of 1-10. Christina was very nice and professional, but the products used were too harsh. Definitely not worth $75!! Glad I had a Groupon. Facility is nice and in a great location. Wish it had been better.

This place has everything! The staff is very professional and thoughtful. Every appointment I have had there has been worth my time. You get what you are SUPPOSED to get at a day spa! You have an in-house hair stylist, massage therapist, waxing specialist and more, all under the same roof. FINALLY!

I must say, it is such relief to have a salon/spa, that you can trust, so close to home. I decided to give "Labella" a try when my stylist was unavailable. I had been driving 45 mins. for my haircare. No longer. "Labella" owners and staff were fabulous! Jessica made me feel so welcome. She cut/colored my hair and it was perfect. She was fantastic! For anyone wanting "Big City" haircare for "small town" prices, I highly recommend "LABELLA". Thank you Jessica for your professionalism and service!

Not satisfied I was at La Bella recently and had my hair done. I have been there before for massages. The employees are great! However, this last visit I felt very uncomfortable. I could not wait to get out of there. . The older lady (owner) constantly was listening in on what we were talking about. She made me feel like that I was not welcome in there at all. She was very cold toward the employee's and smelled like smoke really bad. I loved my haircut and color but I am think that I will not be back untill that old lady is no longer there. If it wasn't for her I would rate this salon/spa one of the best places to get your hair done, but not with her being around. Not a happy person.

I just finished my "Day of Beauty" at Labella and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this spa to everyone! The staff was friendly and professional and the quality was top notch! I wanted to spend a day at a spa for my 15th anniversary, and after shopping around, this was the best choice by far! Ladies, don't pay high dollar at that "other" well-known spa in Atlanta when all you need to do is call Labella! They have recently redecorated the interior and it the very soothing and relaxing. I will be going back!
