ok so where do I start... well upon getting the car I had got from them a whole 6 months of payments where on time never late. I always paid a little extra on my note when I would get free money. In the mix I got pregnant had my child so of course I went on medical leave made a phone call to the Old Dixie office said my payment would be late. The fake receptionist they have said "ok fine just get the payment in on this date" cool. These people a couple of days repo the car. Then they try to scam me and say you owe such and such if you don't pay this much you can't get the car back. Loyalty to this company don't mean nothing. They so money hungry its nasty. Considering the situation they don't even give you a chance if your late, considering the fact that I was never late with any payments and only 6 payments away from paying my car off. Spend your money somewhere else where loyalty matters.

Lake city auto use to sell nice dependable cars but now i guess they make a bigger profit by selling lemons,I brought a beautiful LOOKING car the same day i got it home battery drained when i drove it again it ran hot and leaked oil like crazy!it was the Head gasket and a lot of other problems!I had to get rid of it!!!all cars are as-is so they wont help you with anything!!!!also repeat business means nothing,they will look at you like they have never seen you before even if you know them by name and refer customers to them,awful customer service!they treat u like you are bothering the hell out of them and they are doing you a favor by taking YOUR money!They have complaints with the better business bureau!!The economy is bad so PLEASE Don't waste you money!!!

One week after I purchased a car from here the check engine light came on, only about a month the car was broken down and running hot. I found out later that someone at the dealership turned the check engine light off before I bought it. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

This dealership since coming to the lot, acted as if I'm no one but I was a customer & the whole process of purchasing a car & it being efficient was all a lie, so be cautious when doing business with this dealer.

Dear cavaz2430274 you make no sense ,we trite all of our costumers with the same way , we let them stroll around the lot find the cars they like and if they have any questions, we help them out. We try not to push or follow them and make them fill uncomfortable . Now please tell us where we lie and where we where inefficient,so we correct our way.
I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer. I bought a car two weeks ago from them. The very next day the car over heated. Called them they said it wasn't anything they could do. Got the thermostat replaced. This week it broke down again and the shop it's in says its the head gasket. I haven't even had the car two weeks and have to replace the engine. Please don't spend your hard earned money with this car lot!!

We have bought three vehicles from this lot, and our in the process of buying a fourth. We are always happy with our purchases. They tend to fix any problems that we may find while test driving the vehicle and then some. If you are wanting a brand new car then you need to go to a new car sales lot. You get what you pay for.

We suggest to the TWO WOLVES FENCE Not to driven by their emotions and be PROFESSIONAL . By writing 2 lines of bad review with no supporting facts to the allegation is just SLANDER. THE PROFESSIONAL WAY OF HANDLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS: 1. First state the facts by make true statements supporting them (the facts). 2. Second set the record strait by explaining way Lake City deserve that bad review 3. Have other real persons that they witness the wrong doing to join you with singed affidavits . 4. Then notified all party's involved of the review The i said you said method is working only in kindergarten and not in real life. this place is beond terrible! my mom told him she needed a reliable car for me and he sold us a 2000 lawn orament! the first day i got the car the car the breaks went on it. ten 2 months later the transmission went on it! please do not buy from these liars and cheaters they are terrible to do bussiness with i totally regret getting a car form them worst mistake ever please do not make the same mistake i did

ok. Him? Salesperson? Owner? Owner? Help person???? 2000 lawn orament (you mean "ornament"?) Lawns do not have ornaments, christmas trees have them (are you trying to be funny? You are not successful). The first day you got the car, you claim that the brakes failed. The brakes don't suddenly fail, they make enough noise to notify the driver that something is wrong, or the brake pedal sinks to the floor, or the car just doesn't stop, or you can notice a leak. I also believe that you can notice something on the TEST DRIVE. Now you claim that the transmission failed after two months (we don't know your driving habits, or how many people drove the car). Again, the transimission, before it completely fails, also sends out some warning signals before doing so. For example, there is noticable slipping, jerking, noise, grinding...etc. You need to be more specific in your descriptions. All our customers that come by sign an "As-Is" Statement. We sell used cars. We don't always know the complete story behind the vehicle. So, things happen. We tell our customers that we can help eiher with our prices, resources, and we even offer assistance from our mechanical division. Sometimes it is better to communicate with us before slanderizing us with a bad review in order to feel better.
