We've been going to the Magical Nights of Lights for 20 yeras now and the cost of getting in is $60.00.The lady at the gate was also indignent to us. You may want to go over customer service once more with the employees. In these economical times we live in it is absurd to charge such a high fee. We know who is making a killing this year. The new owners of Lake Lanier Islands. And, please do not give the excuse of up keep and electrical cost. At $60.00 a pop for each car you will be having a very Merry Christmas. This is the last year we will attend and we will be travelling to Stone Mountain Park. We will also not be joining the Water Park this year. Mark Althoff, MD

The light show is a great way to treat the family or guests from out of town. You can get there in an hour from Atlanta and spend the evening on a pleasant drive through the lighted roadway. It's a good show much closer than Calloway.

Lake Lanier Islands has a variety of things to do. My family enjoyed the golf, tennis, horseback riding and swimming. Within the resort, you can be among a crowd of people or totally alone in solitude. A very peaceful and enjoyable place.

In summers, its the best place to visit. They have beach, water sports etc. U can rent a boat....just chill in the water, Can have fun on water slides..you can actually spend 2 relaxed days there. They have resort where u can just enjoy , be in light mood and can catch up with horse riding the next day and do lot of other activites too. I just love spending my time there and best is being a tourist place..its so neat and clean..so well maintained.

All of our experiences at Lake Lanier Islands as a family have been wonderful. The park is spread out enough that even when crowded you do not feel on top of each other. many good family events and specials.
