She over charged me with hundreds of dollars only to say my cat "was old" Took him to another vet and he's a whole different cat now and 100% better. Dr. Baxter advised me to put him to sleep after one blood test and two visits. NO help whatsoever. She also misdiagnosed my 9 year old lab sayin' he had allergies. He has cancer now, a month later and a more reliable vet, and it's too far along to treat because Dr. Baxter did no test to find out what was wrong with him and charged us $200 for poking him in the throat and giving us a bottle of steroids. SHE IS THE WORST VET and has no respect for her customers who trust her to take care of their pets. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!

Great kennel care for my senior dog. Staff was great. Unfortunately, the health care has been abysmal. Gave my girl meds for a weak bladder w/o checking for infection. Had her teeth cleaned and my girl had a terrible reaction. No antibiotics were given and she went septic. Left a message but ended up taking her to Emergency hospital where she stayed for 4 days. # weeks later she is still recovering. Lakeview NEVER EVEN CALLED TO CHECK ON HER in spite of knowing what happened. I will NOT be back even for the less costly boarding. Had they at least followed up, I probably wouldn't be writing this review.

Dr Baxter remembers you and yor pet from visit to visit even if you only see her once a year. Dr Baxter and her staff are very friendly and I do recomend her to everyone.

Goldie and Pearl were always in good hands. Dr. Baxter easily made a diagnosis without referring me to a specialist or charging up my bill with inconclusive lab tests. The best ever vet I have had for my pets over the past twenty years: Very attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring vet AND affordable. A good practice and I even traveled over an hour each way after I moved. Carroll County residents are lucky to have Dr. Baxter & her reliable, friendly staff :)

Very impressed! I switched to this office after getting ripped off by Oak Mountain Animal Hospital. Good service and care for decent prices! I would recommend to anyone looking for a vet and office staff they can trust!
