I really hoped that they can help me with a dryer that still ran but didn't heat up. The appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday (which was five days from when I made the appointment). However the repair man called on Monday morning to confirm the appointment for Monday afternoon. There was obviously a mistake by the lady that schedules appointments or the repairman. Luckily, I was available that afternoon. The repairman, Dick, came promptly at one. He seemed nice enough. However things started to go south when he got through the basic checks for broken heating components and couldn't find anything wrong with them. He started taking out the electronic control board and from the looks of it he had quite a struggle with it. I knew we were in trouble when he started saying that "these new dryers don't make it easy for you to fix them." My dryer was eleven years old! It wasn't exactly a new model and I'd expect a repairman to be fairly familiar with this type of repair. He struggle for another half an hour before he put back the machine together. HOWEVER, MY DRYER WON'T RUN ANYMORE AND THE ELECTRONIC DISPLAY WAS MESSED UP. So he obviously made it worse and broke something. Now my dryer doesn't even run and I have to shell out $90 for this "repair" fee plus the cost of replacing my touch panel ($323). Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
