Don't move here!, 1/15/2010

The new manager is also a moron who treats you like an ignorant if you dare to ask for a service. The spa is always dirty an the pool is poorly maintained. We moved because of our ghetto neighbors.... They are horrible people.

Has to be the Worst Customer Service EVER!, 4/28/2009

This place is a mess! The workers are hardly ever in the office and when they are they just don't know what the heck they are doing. I can't believe the amount of money they charge and the way they... treat the public and residents. The person whom states that this is nice place to live has got to be kidding. Have they walked outside of their home lately. There are more homes for sell in this park due to their lack of concern for the owners there. They need to all take Customer Service Classes and realize without the owners of the MH that they would not have a job.

Great place to live

I don't agree with the above reviews. I live in the park and they now have a new manager who is making a lot of positive changes. They do care about the homeowners and are always working to make this a better place to live. People who don't like "rules" are usually the ones who let their kids play loud music, ride their skateboards in the streets and generally make life miserable for those of us who want a nice, friendly place to live.

bad service

Lamplighter Village is a nice mobile home park on the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley border. The community is currently involved in a law suit with the owners of the park and they have several strict and strange rules they dont care about the tenants only they think about making more noney

Be Wary

Lamplighter Village is a nice mobile home park on the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley border. The community is currently involved in a law suit with the owners of the park and they have several strict and strange rules.....a 4 bedroom house can have up to 9 people living there but you are only allowed to have 2 trashcans
