Our primary focus is the strategic design of Comprehensive, Integrated Master Plans that artfully blend outdoor structures and amenities such as pools, spas and outdoor kitchens with native plants, organic soils and enhancements. With strategic water conservation techniques applied, the results are magnificent, attention-getting, sustainable landscapes.

LandEscape Designs is not in the volume business. An effective design is much more than just flowers, shrubs and trees ?that all look so much alike that it?s hard to tell one house or commercial building from another.? Rather, we believe the flora in a garden becomes the accessories or jewelry- the finishing brush strokes to a masterfully created outdoor living space.
Our design process is purposeful and goal driven with strict attention to detail.

- We consider your wants, needs, desires and wishes; and to bring those elements into a cohesive and integrated conceptual plan.
- We supervise both the design and construction phases to ensure you achieve your goals and objectives.
- We?ll create a landscape and/or garden that exceeds your expectations, harmonizes with your architectural style, the native environment, and one that conserves natural resources and will be sustainable over time.
How we work with you.
You choose how much or how little AND, it can be done all at once or in stages.
1. Initial Consultation, Ideas, Direction (1 - 2 hours) (Using proprietary LandEscape Style Indicator and Questionnaire)
- Consultation: We walk the property with you, discuss ideas, design options, plant suggestions, color coordination, accessories, likes, dislikes, any problems such as drainage, low spots-standing water, mosquitoes, etc.
- You will receive valuable information, tips, plant suggestions and sources on-site during the consultation to use and implement or install yourself.
- Option: You may choose to have LandEscape accompany you to garden center(s) to assist in the selection and purchase of plants and accessories.
2. Second Consultation (2 - 4 hours)
- We discuss each component of the design process with you -location, size, color, finishes and timing to determine project scope. Components may include:
- hardscape/landscape front/back yards
- drainage/sprinklers
- deck/patio
- outdoor kitchen
- arbor/pergola
- water feature(s)
- lighting
- furniture, ornamentation, art
- rain catchment

3. Development Of Design (8- 24 hours)
Sketches/renderings and layout of your customized outdoor living space plan
- material list with line item quantities
- quotation with line item cost per component
- break out in phases to install Master Plan over time within budget
4. Draft One Presentation (1 - 2 hours)
Client reviews
- design plan drawings
- material list and plant lists
- preliminary estimates
- request for any design changes made at this meeting
5. Design Revisions Per Client Request if Necessary (1 - 2 hours)
You review and approve:
- landscape design drawings
- material and plant lists with estimated costs
- installation labor estimate
- next step discussion, action items, scheduling
