I took my basic keelboat lesson in 2006 and joined the club then. There's no other way to sail in ATL..for less than the cost of a slip, you have use of their fleet of 20 or more boats any time you rant. Matt and the instructors ar knowledgeable, patient and fun.

Several years ago I took beginning sailing lessons and joined the sailing club. I've been back many times to take more advanced sailing classes. These are great people to work with and have highly knowledgeable instructors. Joining the sailing club (Passport Sailing Club) is relatively cheap and great way to get to sail all you want without the cost of buying a sail boat. JUST DO IT!

I have been a member for almost a year. I took the class, very professional instruction. The races are fun, except you have to pay $15 for "food". Club member are very friendly and the boats are well kept.
