I found Lanny Adams through Kudzu.com when my refrigerator sprung a leak. Turned out to be a simple fix and Damian, the repairman, only charged the service fee and told me how to fix the problem if it happened again (drain was frozen). I've since called for A/C repair and again Damian came out and did a super job. I would recommend this company. They have called me each time after the repair to see if I'm satisfied. Who does that any more? They do!

Lanny Adams fixed my fridge/freezer that was leaking on my floor. Diagnosed almost instantly, explained the exact problem, showed me what he was doing, protected the flooring while he worked. Even leveled my stove while he was out. I will call them again when I need service!

Lanny Adams came the day after we called. We were impressed with the technician's service and knowledge. The repair ended up not correcting the problem which he had said was a possibility. Because of that most of the labor charges were refunded to us. We would definitely call on them again.

My washer broke. And I have one of those husbands who think they can fix anything. Especially, if it means he can save money. Needless to say, he couldn't fix it and made a huge mess in the process. I went on Kudzu.com and found Lanny Adams Appliance Repair. The reviews were great, so I decided to give them a call. They came out the same day. The technician Avery was very polite and courteous. He diagnosed the problem immediately. My machine runs like new again! He was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. I highly recommend this company and Avery in particular. Will definitely call again.

When a service call was placed to Lanny Adams, the call was answered by Wanda. She was courteous, informative, and made communication easy. Enter Avery - the service rep, a true gentleman and one of the most customer conscious service reps that I have ever encountered. He did everything he could to give our 40 yr. old Coldspot Freezer new life again, but some things simply aren't possible. Avery described in detail why this freezer was unfixable. At our request, he gave very sound suggestions as to what to look for when purchasing a new freezer. Though a new unit had to be purchased, this was a very pleasant experience, and we would recommend this company to anyone who is facing a major appliance repair. Last week my wife called to give you some positive feedback. She spoke with Candace who was also was very pleasant. Other businesses could learn much about customer service from Lanny Adams.

I had a broken washing machine. The tech (I *think* his name was Jimmy) walked in door, saw the unit and from 10 feet away identified the problem (apparently when you let your lid on your top-load washing machine slam it can break a switch). 20 minutes later he was done. Only $154. Not bad at all. Will DEFINITELY use again.

A few weeks ago my Whirlpool refrigerator started making a LOUD noise. After praying and reading the reviews about Lanny Adams Appliance Service, I called yesterday and the nicest man made an appointment for me. Avery came today. I could not have asked for a better technician or better service. Avery is WONDERFUL! He is thorough, helpful, kind, SMART!!! He knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator when he heard the noise. He fixed it in no time, it seemed. My refrigerator is purring. It sounds better than it did brand new! I'm going to be calling Lanny Adams again and making a special request for Avery the next time I need any applicance repaired. Thank you, Lanny Adams and a very BIG thank you to Avery! I wish I could accurately describe how pleased with this company I am. All of the employees (including the repairman, Mark, who was sent to our home) are very honest and caring, and the customer service is the best I've ever seen from this type of company. They made sure to keep contact every in every step of my heater repair, and they even followed up on the repairs to make sure everything was working probably. I would recommend Lanny Adams to anyone without hesitation!

I was very pleased with the service, price and efficiency of the repairman. It was also pleaseant to speaking with them on the phone. I got same day service and I don't believe the "Maytag repairman" could have done any better.

After being told by Sears it would be two weeks before they could come out to check my dryer, I found Lanny Adams on Kudzu. They were able to get someone out that day! After figuring out it was the breaker and not an issue with my dryer, the technician immediately went out to buy a replacement part. I had a serviceperson from our heating & air company out at the same time to check our non-functioning furnace. He said it would be 4 or 5 days before he could get the replacemant part we needed, but that it was no big deal because it "wasn't cold." Fine, except it was going to be in the 30s the next day!! After he left, the Lanny Adams repairman asked if he could give me a quote for the same job. Not only was his quote 25% less, he was able to get the part the NEXT DAY. He squeezed us in the next day so the house was toasty in time for the cold weather. I LOVE this company and I'm recommending them to everyone! I can't say how impressed I was by them :)
