My Kenmore Washing Machine would not hit the rinse cycle. I called Sears, and they couldn't get anyone to me for a week. Called a few other places, same thing. Called Lanny Adams and they got someone to me in less than 2 hours. Avery was articulate, professional, and explained everything step by step. My washer is good to go. I would say they may be on the higher side in terms of labor costs. I looked online and my replacement part was between $3-$20, but my total bill was $170. I know labor is costly, but that's like a $150/hr.

They fixed my dryer quickly and for a very reasonable price. He was quite honest about the situation and cost up front and I really appreciated that. I will certainly call again and I highly recommend them to others.

My air conditioning went out one evening in June. I called Lanny Adams the next morning and they worked me into their schedule that same afternoon. They worked with my schedule and called to keep me informed of their expected arrival time. The technician was friendly and fast. He explained the problem with my unit and was able to repair it quickly.

We have used Lanny Adams twice in the past 2 months - for a refrigerator repair & and air conditioning check. Our service guy, Chuck, was great - very knowledgeable and friendly. The service we received was excellent and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Over the past 6 years I've used them about 8 times, dryer, refrigerator, stove and air conditioner. They had to replace a refrigerator part 3 times to get it right, but they finally did. This last trip they charged me $75 to tell me I needed a new $230 part for my stove and the original part had been replaced by them before. Now they tell me this part just goes out for no reason. I could have used that info the first time, I would have made a different decision for a $500-600 gas range. I did not get the part because it was not worth it. I am very disappointed with them and will probably find another service.

Called them on a Monday morning to repair a washer. Came out that day to pinpointed the broken part. Said they would be back on Wednesday. They actually came back a day earlier to make the repair. Very professional from start to finish. BL

Got the cold shoulder from my former service provider so I went with Lanny Adams. His technician was terrific. Gave me a few options to help me save some coin! Others offered only to replace my entire HVAC. Lanny's guy said the Heating Unit was top-shelf. Honesty goes a long way with me! Great job. Fair price. They've got a loyal customer.

After calling over a dozen companies with good reviews on Kudzu, I found most of them to either do not service the zip code under which I searched or the particular washer I have. Lanny Adams, did service my area but not washer. However, they were the only company ready, willing and able to provide a referral to someone that does service my brand washer. First impressions are everything and Lanny Adams could not have made a better impression.

The repairman told me anecdotes of restoring his 69 Chevelle and his skateboarding son as he skillfully replaced parts in my ailing washing machine. Just fantastic.

Called and received same day service to repair ice maker from serviceman Avery. Explained repair, ordered part and installed the next day. On time and repaired as promised. Not cheap, but quality of work is worth it. This is the 2nd time I have used Lanny Adams - both time with excellent results. Highly recommend.

Called for dishwasher repair. He checked the D/W, found it to be working correctly. Discovered that as a result of the house settling, the D/W leaked from the right side. A small cut in the woodwork corrected this. I would use them again.

I chose Lanny Adams based on other reviews that I read on Kudzu. They seemed to be the best of the best in the area. My schedule is pretty tough to work with when it comes to meeting repairmen at home, but scheduling was simple. They were able to get someone out, fitting in with my schedule, that same week! The problem with my dishwasher ended up being minimal, just a small screw hole in the pan causing water to leak out. Even though it was an easy fix the repairman took his time to make sure it was perfect. He even checked to make sure that none of the silicon he patched the hole with was visible so that when it aged it wouldnt show as a tiny yellow dot. I thought it was great that he treated it like it was his own home and spent extra time getting it just right. I do agree with some of the other comments that it is a little pricey, but I also think you get what you pay for and in this case I paid for and got great service!

Needed two things repaired: 1) Ice maker in fridge 2) Dryer 1) With me watching, technician analyzed the ice maker carefully, determined what was wrong and explained how best to fix it, and clearly stated the cost. I agreed, and so far, my ice maker has been working just fine. 2. The dryer: Same technician determines cause of problem, explains that he can fix it, but if it's already blown out once before to the tune of $200 ... there's probably another part that's bad and will make it blow out again. After hearing prices, I cheerfully decide to shop for a new dryer while appreciating the honesty of the Lanny Adams tech.

This has been my BEST experience with any type of repair done at my home (thank you Wanda and Ken!) The people on the administrative side were easy to talk to, helpful, and very honest about potential costs. They scheduled my appt for early the next day, and the repairman (Ken) was wonderful - very professional, got everything working again, and charged less than I expected. They've won me over - and I'll definitely call again for the next repair. I wouldn't have found them without Kudzu, so thanks!
