After waiting for 6 months I was notified to pay for MB repairs. Then, after submitting payment, I was told that MB was non-repairable and must be replaced. After additional payment for new MB and 2 months later, I received the laptop which appears to be repaired. Some screws are missing and others have been installed in the wrong holes. Screw covers are missing. Total repair and shipping costs made the repair an economically poor decision.

as the title said, it has been 2.5 months my laptop is still 33 in the waiting queue , at this pace, it will be another 3 month before it can get to the technician. that's a whopping half year's waiting line, there is a handy" request rush service" on their site , if you pay extra $40, they can get it fixed before it turned into bone ash. stay away from their "best value"!!!
