After months of delays and "fixes" that did not work, my IBM Thinkpad is still unreliable, and randomly loses its LCD screen display. It has been in their shop twice, the screen replaced and pronounced ready to go, but the display problems returned after it ran for a few minutes. So, back to the shop again. Despite promises, no one ever called about the status of the repair, and they were often evasive about what was going on, or who was working on it. A different brother responded every time and finally begged for another chance to make things right. I caved, but after more than four months I am totally fed up. This last round the tech came to our house and replaced the inverter, with assurances that this would fix the problem. No change. I wanted a credit, especially after he left and I found two screws laying on the table that belonged in the bezel. He said he would call back that afternoon to discuss what they planned to do about the $266 repair charge. As usual, no callback and it is over a week later. The computer is becoming obsolete because of their delays, and it still does not function any better than it did when brought in. I intend to file complaints with the BBB and also contest the invoice with Master Card. But the important lesson to take away from here is, avoid these guys! They turned out to be a bunch of con artists, and we are very sorry we gave them a try. It won't happen again.

I found this place online and thought i might try them out because my computer was not working, so i took my computer down there and they told me they would look at it by the end of the week, and that it could either be the Lcd which would be $175.00 to repair or the inverter that would be $60.00. I called them on thursday and asked if they had a chance to look at it yet and they told me no, so i figured i would just go pick it up and take it somewhere else to have them look at it, and when i got there to get it they showed me my computer in pieces and said they were going to call me in a few days!!! They told me it was the Lcd. I started asking questions and and found out that they were going to put a used screen on there not a new one like i was told, because they said they don't make new ones. I decided to leave it because i did not want to pay a $79.00 fee for them to look at it, but told me it would be done by the next day. They called me the next day and said that they missed diagnosed it and it was something else and it would be a few days, but it would cost the same. Only problem was that it would break again!!! Does not seem right to have to pay $175.00 for a fix that might break again, so i went to get it and refused to pay a diag fee. I took it somewhere else that told me that they didn't even put half the screws back in and left my keyboard hanging out and that it could be the Lcd which is around $160.00 to replace for a new one. Yeah they do make new ones
