needed a plumber on a saturday, called larkin on a recommendation, the plumber came out and basically told me he couldnt do what he needed to do because he couldnt manage to turn off the water to my house, but he still charged me 140 dollars for a house call and told me to call him if i could get the water turned off, so who would i call, another plumber? he was incompetent and it still cost me 200 dollars for him to do nothing. i will never use them again.

Leaking water heater, still under limited warranty. They estimated 600-700, then upped it to $798, after they arrived nearly 3 hours late for appointment. I sent them on their way and told them I would not take part in their highway robbery.

Water heater failed on a Sunday. Called Larkin a Rheem Dealer; since I was still under warranty. They quoted me $1800.00 if I had them come out Sunday to replace. Said they would only do warranty if I waited untill Monday to replace!

Our waterheater signed off for good. After calling Larkin, which I knew from a store visit, the Customer service Rep was very friendly and efficient. The installer arrived as promised (4 hours after the call) and a new water heaters was up and running in just a few hours. Kurt was very good and knew his stuff. I recommend Larkin anytime. The service is excellent, although the prices are a little high.

I have used Larkin for 20 years. I have found them reliable most of the time but not always. Last time they did not fix the problem and had to return. No consideration was offered. However, on calling customer service the situation was rectified.

I have used Larkin Plumbing several times and can say that they are great. They are on time, knowledgeable and always friendly. While they may be a little higher priced them some, I have no problem paying the price for the great service and having people know what they are doing.

Their $300+ fee for fixing a frozen sprinkler pipe included a $137 labor charge for 20 minutes of work. They did not even insulate the top of the pipe! Although for another 1 hr labor fee they would come back to do the proper insulation. Yeah right - a real greedy business!

In the freezing weather we had the misfortune of having a pipe freeze and break. Larkin was excellent in their service and speed. We highly recommend Larkin and thoroughly enjoy having Eli as our tech

They came out the same day I called. The workman was professional and knew exactly what was wrong. It was fixed in about an hour. I would definitely use this company again and will also refer them to my friends and family when needed.
