Larson Air came in to fix my air conditioner. I had quite a bit of work done, they put in a new fan etc. Everything is working so far. The fellow that came here was really nice, he knew what he was doing and I felt confident I wasn't gettin...

We called Mike and he responded well..very polite and business-like. He said he would call 20 mins b4 arriving and come between 2-4p. At 5p, my husband called to check on his status and got a voicemail. We never heard back again. This was on New Year's Day and by the time we wanted to call another company, it was too late in the day to get anyone. THerefore, we had a cold night in our house! Don't bother with this company.

I had four companies come out to troubleshoot and bid on our two AC units; Larson was the only company that took the time and effort to fully identify the full scope of issues. They also went the extra mile and got one of the units working while here. I cannot recommend them more highly - if you want the job done right the first time - call Larson.
