Last Call Install

We want to publicly thank Last Call Install for our new back yard. We were lucky to have them come to our rescue when we had a pool installed and needed new landscaping. Sarah, Traci, Marc and the crew were totally professional, amazing workers, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up every evening, even when they were coming back the next day. Sarah and Traci both came out to introduce themselves and to make sure we were happy with the work going on. Marc and Enrique were able to answer all our questions regarding the new plants and new sprinkler system. When I requested a couple of changes my request was greated with smiles and not complaints. The crew was extremely hard working, very professional, friendly and treated each other with great respect which was nice to see. When the job was completed the yard looked amazing (our neighbor said it looked better than the Marriott and he requested a business card for his daughter who is moving into a new house!). The crew totally cleaned up and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed before they left. After this experience we would not hire anyone else for any landscaping jobs we may have. The grading wasn't done the way I wanted. I even went out and talked to the supervisor while they were still in the process of doing it explaining I wanted more earth removed and to go back over and fine grade again. I was told they would do that but it never happened. I was told all the old plastic would be removed but I still found some on the ground once they were done grading.

The new plastic they used was clear (not black) and for some reason they cut it 1 inch away from all sidewalks and borders (the very area that weeds are most likely to take root and grow).

I carefully flagged every drip head and sprinkler head in my yard so they would not be damaged by their equipment yet I still had all my drip tubing pulled out of the ground which I had to re-run after they were finished. Another sprinkler that had been capped off was broken with loose dirt spilling straight into the plumbing.

The irrigation was working fine before but is not now which i suspect is the result of all the dirt that was sifting into this open part of my irrigation. I am still trying to flush it all out.

The curbing was installed just hours before they started spreading rock and one part was dented because concrete was still soft. Also, they hosed everything at the end and everywhere I check on the net it says to keep water off the curbing for the first 48 hours. Instead of dark brown color I have faded bleached out curbing that looks 15 years old already.

I recently used last call install for a small landscaping project, they were punctual and courteous. The sprinkler unit installed was programmed incorrectly at first but marc and another member of their crew came out to assist and repair the problem after being contacted. Satisfied that things are running smoothly now.

I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping job. After searching for a company to do our backyard we found this company through Kudzu and are glad we did. We had several places that we had called that were rescheduling appointments that they had made and some didn't even bother to show up. Last Call Install were very prompt, professional, easy to work with and did a fantastic job. I will certainly be calling them in the future if we need additional work. I would like to thank Traci, Sara and Tim especially for working with us and making our backyard a more enjoyable space, for us and our dogs.

When our previous landscaper went out of business we found ourselves scrambling to find another landscaping company for our spring project. After receiving several quotes, Last Call Install was the company we chose. Traci and Sarah are a pleasure to work with. They are prompt in their responses and Tracis' crew was punctual, professional and polite. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Our project consisted of an approximately 55'- 60' walkway, a paver patio, 24 tons of gravel and additional trees and shrubs. During our installation we uncovered two trees that did't make it through the winter and Traci was able to replace those trees with the same size and type. All of which were installed the same day. If you are looking for an honest business run by ethical people to meet your landscaping needs, this company is for you. Last Call Install exceeded our expectations and Traci and Sarah will have our business for all of our future projects.
