What a wast of time. This store has high-end items...but the good stuff is very difficult to get. You might be able to find some stuff for kids or maybe some used shoes if you dig through their used tossbacks, but unless you want to spend hours and hours in a store looking for a bargain that may or may not materialize...just save your energy and hit Marshall's next door.

I really enjoy finding a great bargain and have been pleasantly surprised at my two visits here. I found some adorable shirts, well made and in style that fit so well and well priced. Takes time and patience to look through everything.

They offer customer returns and out of season items from the Nodstroms stores. You can find really great items depending on the timing. You must examine the merchandise throughly as there are no returns. Invest time there and often for the best deals.

I have been to last chance a couple of times to look for a particular type of shoe. (Dansko's) It is always busy so that must say something for it. I haven't had much luck however. The store is always a mess. When I have tried to get help from the employees, it seems that the stocking staff doesn't speak the best english. I don't feel like they understand me. I feel like I am getting to the point that I am ready to pay full price just to avoid the chaos.

honestly, i can't shop here unless it's a weekday afternoon when most of the regulars are at their day jobs. some of the shoppers are crazy about the bargains. i have found some cool stuff without looking too hard but the true gems are usually being hidden by the regulars. shopping for clothes shouldn't be a competitive sport but it is at last chance.

I do. If you love to find great bargins (especially shoes) and want to pay REASONABLE $$$'s the Last Chance is the place to go. I have purchased under $20 for shoes that sell in dept stores for $150! The store carries returns AND new product. If you love the hunt you too can get that $100 pair of Uggs for $20! Happy Hunting!

People either love or hate this place. It is like a garage sale of discounted, damaged, returned or overstocked Nordstrom merchandise. You have to be ready to dig and then carefully look over each item for imperfections before purchasing - no refunds/exchanges. Be weary of the "regulars" who will tackle you in you stand in the way between them and new merchandise just put on the racks!
