    LAVA SPORT & FITNESS is the best gym in San Diego. With 5 locations, such as La Mesa, the staff are so helpful and really friendly. They offer classes ranging from boxing, Muay Thai, personal training, to just using weights & machines. La Mesa is very upscale and OUTRAGEOUSLY clean! I LOVE THIS CLUB, & WILL NOT GIVE UP MY MEMBERSHIP!
